which is the best way to upgrade my tab 3 8.0 from kitkat 4.4.2 to lollipop 5.0?

I have Kit Kat 4.4.2 currently on my Samsung galaxy tab 3 8.0 SM-T310.
I would like to upgrade the software to lollipop 5.0.
the sites on Google are spam and virus.... please advise/help
