Recently i saw, maybe in some video on the tube, how a widget was docked in the middle of the screen like the dock on the bottom of the screen. Then when swiping through the various screens, that widget behaved like the dock on the bottom of the home screens would behave and stayed on each screen (without being swiped).
Now i'm searching for this kinda behaviour already all day long but i can't seem to find it anymore.
It could be that it was in a video that i saw concerning various launchers and that one of those launchers had this option. I'm using Nova (prime) and as far as i know Nova can't do this.
So i'm not looking on how to put a widget or icon or whatever on the regular dock (i know how to do this), i want to have one widget that behaves like the dock does.
Q: Is there such a thing/app/setting that can achieve this behaviour?

Welcome to Android Central! It'd be helpful if you could find that video. It sounds like some kind of split-screen function, but the current split-screen on Nougat doesn't do that (as far as I can tell). Do you remember what phone they were demonstrating it on?
