Call me crazy, but does it not show you to SCROLL DOWN? Bottom right button?

I was unable to scroll. Ended up doing a reset and selecting install from the notifications bar.

I am literally experiencing the same exact problem with my LG G Pad 8.0X.
It is for the Nougat update, but there is no way to access any install button!
