LG G2 32GB reboots every morning

I bought the LG G2 32GB about 10 days ago. Every morning (after a period of inactivity I guess) I keep having the same problem: when I unlock the phone, it immediately freezes (sometimes even before actually unlocking) and reboots, but without requiring to enter my SIM card's pin code. I don't have any widgets on the lock screen (expect the time/clock). I did a factory reset, installed some usual apps (facebook, fb messenger, whatsapp, sync.me) but the problem persists. Could this be a software or hardware problem? Any help guys will be highly appreciated.

Why don't you flash ROM again ???

You think it's a faulty ROM? I've been told that if I flash the rom it would ruin my warranty...
