problems with applications loading

First sorry if my English is not the best,it's not my native language,I hope you to understand me.
When I am going to the home screen most of the times my g3 beat don't put the applictions on the home screen so fast.There are 5 seconds before my phone loads the applicatios.
And I don't have a lot of applications or something that can stuck my phone.
