My LG G3 crashed: Demi God crash handler : TZ CRASH

[AC Question]

Hello, guys, I was talking with someone on WhatsApp and after some time my G3 crashed and a green screen came up with this error

TZ Crash !
Demi God crash handler : TZ CRASH

I tried click vol up and down key but nothing happened so I took out the battery and now it's not turning on.

Please help me out. I would be very very greateful if somebody helps me out Thanks

but there is no solution for this problem on the thread whose link you shared. Is there any solution on how to fix my cell phone

The solution appears to be to flash a new ROM. Did you root your phone at some point, or did you get the phone from somebody else?

Well I never did it but yeah I bought it from someone. can you please tell me how to flash a new ROM.

I connected it to my Laptop (Laptop OS :UBUNTU) and tried to click the volume down button but nothing happens. Please help me out I would be very grateful to you. Thanks
