Can't use more then one aplication in LG G3 after upgrading to android 6.0

[AC Question]

I just upgraded my android version to 6.0 according to the device request. But now my home botton, "open application" botton are not operating any more, leaving me only with the "back" botton. As a result, there is no way for me to open more than one application/browser (and exiting can be done only by multiple "backs"). Also my scrolling panel (which usually includes notification and control) is not working anymore. Is there a known solution for the issues?

Diddy, thanks for responding. yes, same happens in Safe Mode too.
Another symptom is that some of my applications don't work anymore and that I can't download any updates/new applications using the "google play store".

is there any why to revert the change?

That's very odd -- it suggests a problem with the firmware that you just updated to. Which carrier are you on, and did you get the phone from that carrier?

My carrier is an israeli company -Golan Telecom
I got the phone from KSP (big company in Israel) with the warranty of the official distributor of LG in Israel "Ronlight"

I was hoping it was Verizon, since they have a Software Repair Utility that can reinstall the firmware. The only thing I can think of would be to manually reinstall the firmware, but as far as I know, that would require the phone to be rooted: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2785089

So at the end I took my phone back to stock and it solved the issue, LGbackup worked as well and restored me to the previous state.
