Video resolution

Does anyone know what the factory settings are for our phone as it pertains to video. And is the factory settings 4K or 1080p. Also my facebook video uploads don't upload in HD for some reason, the videos look grainy. Can someone help me out with this

My G4's default video setting is at 1080p which is FHD in Camera App -> Settings -> 16:9 -> FHD. 4K is UHD.
I never upload video to Facebook. I upload to youtube or google photos and share it on Facebook.

Lost child does the video come out clearer if you upload from Google photos I'm just curious because I've never done that before and was trying to figure out why
