1) Stock File Manager could not even recognise the USB, while ES File Explorer recognise it but could not see the files in it.
2) I know this and checked before plug the USB in, it's formated in FAT32 as required.
3) My USB OTG is the Kingston 8G USB OTG 2.0 with two ends (1 for normal USB and 1 for MicroUSB), so I don't need to use OTG adaptor. I also tried with another normal USB using with Buffalo OTG adaptor, but same problem happened.

Very happy to inform that problem solved after I format the USB on computer again in FAT32.
Now it's possible to read and write in stock File Manager as well as ES File Explorer.
Anyway, thanks @TheChosenDoge again for your idea about the format type of my USB.
