What is android.hardware.graphics.composer service?

Phone is lg g7. Forgive my ignorance, but what is this and why is it using 10% of my battery?

Looking on Google it has something to do with graphic processing to your screen. Not sure why yours is using so much battery, I don't even see mine in my battery list. Were you playing games or video's prior to checking?

Thanks for your reply. No, i dont recall playing any game as i rarely do that. Its displayed under system in the battery stats. System used 10% and this process or whatever you want to call it actually used about 5% not the 10% i stated in my op. My error. Not a big deal but still a little worrying.

Yeah looking at mine system takes up 10%, will what looks like 7% going to the OS. I don't see that graphics whatever it is listed.
