Hello friends and fellow v10 enthusiasts!
I have a couple questions about using snapchat with my V10. First of all, when I record a video with the V10 in snapchat, the video is not smooth and is very grainy and "stuttering", not sure if that is the case for everyone but it only happens in snapchat. Is there a fix for this? Do other users have this problem?
Also, when I receive a snapchat my lock screen stays lit-up for about 10 minutes before turning off. Can this be adjusted? I have changed the screen time-out time to 1 minute but that seems to only work when I leave my phone sitting on the home screen or in apps, but when sitting in a "locked" state and receiving a snapchat, my lock screen stays on for about 10 minutes and would like that to change. Any help would be great please.
