I'm having a severe issue when using my V10 to listen to music using earphones. The problem doesn't arise if I plug the phone into my car stereo using an audio cable, nor does it occur using bluetooth headphones. Selecting HiFi audio makes little difference also besides increasing the volume overall.
Problem: Sounds comes through as tinny and echoey, the vocals are hardly distinguishable. In Spotify there is no way for me to adjust EQ settings so that is rendered useless, in the stock music player there is at least the ability to adjust settings and I've found that by selecting the Puresurround preset I can at least make out the vocals whilst listening although the quality is still quite bad.
Given the hype this phone received in regards to audio quality I'm really surprised to be experiencing this and a thorough web search hasn't turned up any solution.
Also I've tried alternative earphones and still the same problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
