VZW update to Android 9.0

Just got an update. It's Android 9.0 Pie. It's about time!

Pretty disappointed so far. It seems like they left out a lot of the cool new pie features like the new recent screen. Gestures not there. Not sure if it's LG and their crappy launcher or Verizon. Either way if you have used a, Pixel 3 you will be disappointed with the update. I really have seen anything new visually or in function yet. I buy LG strictly for the quad dac but thought this would be nicer. Hopefully it at least improves battery life. It does seem a bit snappier.

Ok. I got the pill and recent working. It has to be turned on in gestures.

Got mine too.
Not impressed.

I absolutely hate the new "Lock"
size/location on the lockscreen.

Any way to relocate it?
