Agreed. I appreciate the replies. I was able to use the Link2SD app to delete Google Play Books and that freed up 10mb alone. Now I'm chugging along at 25mb free and able to update my must have apps. Now I just gotta keep Books from reinstalling. :) I might try those other methods when I feel...

Does anyone have suggestions of how to maintain a Gmail account on the phone so I do not get this message? I have 2 Gmail accounts on my phone. I always keep the inboxes to the barest 5 to 10 emails. Why do I have this message on my phone and I no longer get notified when a new email arrives...

Oh, I found what you were thinking of. Page 155 of the manual but that is for email size. It doesn't have any effect on the Instant Messages size. Nice try though! :)

I get voice recognizer and text to speech capabilities. Talk back, Power button ends call. No change to the display or IM menu that I can see. :(

I probably should have mentioned I'm on Gingerbread. I can do settings, display settings or settings, accessibility and that's it. I see nothing else in the menus for font size or large text. Am I missing something?

I'm with Creniker on this. How about a "do over" from beginning to end with a clean sheet for us technically challenged? :D It's such a nice phone but to be plagued with storage restrictions really takes the beauty away from it.

My phone is rooted. It looks like I can uninstall them but do I have to have them installed as part of the operating system? It gives me a warning when I start to do it so I stopped. I uninstalled most everything else like Sprint ID, etc.

I have a Plantronics Marque and am very pleased with it. 5.5hrs run time (non-stop listening to music) and the most comfortable I have tried. Very small and if you wear glasses there is no annoying rub from the bar across your ear.
