I took the update the day it was released. It fixed the WiFi synch issue. Battery life is a hair better. Used to get 3-3.5 hours SOT. Now 3.5-4 hours, screen at 30%. Still not as good as I want, but it helps. I travel a lot through bad cell service, this didn't fix the issue of a draining...

I have the WiFi gmail synch issue as well, that I just noticed. Terrible mistake given they released the update 2 months after everyone else. Phone is a little quicker and much better battery to after factory reset.

Try it in the USB 2 rather than 3 port. Mine didn't work in my USB 3, but worked right away on USB 2.

Agreed. I travel a lot so I like the coverage. I'm on unlimited still with 3 lines. But hate the BS about updates and how much they charge. In this case however. I would rather have a stable update a few weeks later.

Yes I'm using the Verizon G3 and I'm just using knock code. You have to change to pin unlock, then change back. There's instruction in the exact steps on there website.

1) yeah I've only seen the 32gb/3gb. Which makes sense cause it was only $100 when I bought it. 2) I think you can buy a new back that is wireless charging. 3) no differences like there was with the G2.
