When you FIRST turn on your computer (like 1 second after hitting the power button) you will see something that says hit f2 to enter setup (or f10 or f12 dont remember exactly) press that button that will take you into bios. Then find the menu that says Boot or Boot order or something of that...

@LamarW89: If your device is still bricked and you have the live CD you should still be able to recover your phone. Don't worry about your installation of UBUNTU you don't need it, everything you need in terms of the linux portion is on Closeones Live CD. Set your computer to boot from CD...

Hmmm try this: Make a nand backup first then boot up your phone as normal. Download this file and save on your sd card http://db.tt/rDBDrjYZ Uninstall your exsisting google talk (might have to use titanium backup) Next install the talk.apk from the link provided. That should get you working...
