i remember reading a post somewhere and somebody said Within=Wi(max)Thin. even if that wasnt the case, i cant imagine sprint would release this phone without 4g, and maybe that is one of the reasons its taking so long.

i had a Charge(and have since returned it and dropped verizon) becuase i had this same issue amongst other issues involving 4g/3g data connectivity. I dont know what good it is to have americas fastest 4g network if the **** dont work half the time

yea when i have the 4g signal, speedtest consistently shows about 7mb down and 2mb up. with the 3g i get 500kb down so i know that signal is weak too. at other locations i have got over 2mb down on 3g. if the signal at my house is weak for both 3g and 4g, id take the 4g any day
