I think I found what caused the issue with the LED flashing: Power Toggles. I had to disable and reenable it.

On a side note, is your LED blinking even when there isn't any new notification? Mine is acting like that using the ARHD9 Rom.

So I flashed Android Revolution HD 9 on my phone since the build.prop on stock Rom continued to switch back to the original version when I tried changing the model, name... After flashing ARHĐ, I was able to use MoDaCo toolkit to update the model, name... and set it to disable Wallet check...

For the first time with a new phone, I think you have to manually reload all your apps which you'll have a list of all apps linked to your Google account on Google Play by selecting My Apps and all. After that, googe should remember the apps you install on a particular phone to automatically...

Still isn't working :( I did try to reinstall Google Wallet app couple of times after installing Xposed framework and Modaco toolkit.

You may need to contact AT&T to ask them to switch your data plan from 4g/LTE for iPhone5 to 4G/LTE for Smartphones. That's what I had to do.

You should be fine. I am on AT&T and have been doing the samething between the One, Nexus 4, and iPhone5 using a nano SIM with an adapter to micro SIM.

Apparently you can remove Blinkfeed by restoring Nova launcher :) I received the One today and during the process of reinstalling Nova launcher and using HTC transfer app to move data between the Nexus 4 and the One, Blinkfeed got removed :)

From what I've seen so far from the youtube videos that show how to install google wallet on unsupported devices, you have to modify a file on your phone to tell google servers that you're using a supported device in order to install. I've been using google wallet for awhile now, not liking that...
