I'm close, its not a hardware issue, its software. I've narrowed it down to either Google Play or Amazon Music. I'll report back when I have confirmed which app it is.

Looks like this is affected on the S7A too. My buttons are 100% unresponsive, reboot & a soft reset didn't work. Any thoughts?

Thanks, I had my Nikon rocking on the other tripod throughout the storm. I'm going to dig the RAW off the phone and throw it in Lightroom tomorrow and see what I can make it, but so far I'm loving the camera options. I just wish I had a tad more control in Pro mode but it surprised I caught...
