Still not the greatest camera for doing lightning photography but I did catch one solid bolt on my S7A just a while ago. I was trying to link it to Flickr but seems to be problematic so there is the direct link.

Nice shot. Always tough to get good lightening photos as most do not have the patience to wait.

Thanks, I had my Nikon rocking on the other tripod throughout the storm. I'm going to dig the RAW off the phone and throw it in Lightroom tomorrow and see what I can make it, but so far I'm loving the camera options. I just wish I had a tad more control in Pro mode but it surprised I caught it.

What I can say was pleasant, I didn't have to worry about tenting the S7A like I did the Nikon.
