    just go to the nearest att corporate store, have them activate the watch (mine was gear s2 for att unlocked) then just follow instruction on the website, watch and the phone.     What happened to the link? Not Found The requested URL /web/VulkanoPlayer.apk was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Works for me, what does not work is the Voice command "Speed dial' with Evos speed dial list!
