So I deleted the Encore folder and while that did free up over 10 gb it still shows about 13gb under Photos and videos. Strange.

SD Maid is great. Thanks for the suggestion. It led me to discover that the culprit is a folder called Encore. Anyone have experience with this folder filling up?

I found a thumbnails folder in the DCIM folder and deleted it but it made no difference. There were hardly any thumbnails in there anyway. Any other ideas?

Do you know the folder that the thumbnails are stored in? I've tried cleaners but they don't seem to be doing the trick. Can I just delete the thumbnails myself?

I'm trying to free up some space. And under the storage setting it shows that I have over 13gb of photos and videos. So I went in the gallery and deleted all the videos and pictures. But it only went down to around 12 gb. Why? Are there other photos and videos somewhere else?

Yeah I tried that app. It does have the exact animation I am looking for. However I can't seem to get it to work with the power button on the top of the phone. It seems to only work with a widget button. Does anybody know how to map it to the physical button on top of the phone?

Yeah I don't want to root it just for that but was hoping there was a setting or app that would do it.
