Yes it is the master sync when you pull down the notification bar to get to quick settings. I have tried removing Google account and adding it back on.

Just went to a repair place called UBREAKIFIX (you break, I fix) which are an authorized Samsung repair shop. The guy basically showed me that the whole front of the phone was one big piece that would be replaced. Cost $240. Took about 2 hours.

Weird, except for a few minutes, my phone (S8+, T-Mobile) feels cooler than normal, and the battery life seems better. By this point in the day I'm usually at 30% or so, and I'm currently at 48%.

I've restarted my phone(S8+) and it keeps doing it. On T-Mobile. Is this happening to anyone else and does anyone know of a fix? Thanks.

I have Data saver activated on my S8+, and I have the cellular data saver on Instagram settings activated, and I went into app settings and disabled background data for Instagram. Yet, this is still happening. Is anyone else experiencing this, and does anyone have a suggestion of how to stop this?
