phone ringing even thou it's muted

Yeah. That *is* set correctly. It still rings though. It worked just fine for a year. Immediately after installing the March security update it started ringing regardless of the settings.

phone ringing even thou it's muted

I'm in the same boat, but I've got a Nexus 6P running 6.0.1 paired to a Moto 360 (1st gen). Did you receive the March security update yet? I installed it yesterday, and it is only since then that this issue has started. Everything looks right in my settings, but it rings for phone calls, and...

Mute phone alerts & calls function not working, is there a fix?

"Mute phone alerts & calls" function not working Since I installed the March security update on my Nexus 6P yesterday, this function has ceased to operate correctly. I have tried to disconnect and then reconnect my watch to the phone, power cycled both devices, disable the mute function from...

Google Chrome vs dolphin broswer hd

Forcing a mobile browser to load the desktop version of the website being viewed is a fairly common feature included in most browsers. This isn't exclusive to Dolphin. Enabling this feature isn't going to speed anything up though. It usually takes longer for the desktop version fo a given page...

Google Chrome vs dolphin broswer hd

What? I ditched Dolphin a several months ago because of excessive scroll-lag. I've been using UC Browser since. I'm not sure I understand what it is that your'e asking, but as it is a browser-specific question, you might want to try asking in the browser subforum.

Difference in data usage from Major carrier to Fi

This has been my experience as well. When you are paying for what you use, a lot of people are going to be more conscious of their data usage, and will probably use less data than they would on a plan with a set data allotment each month that they pay for regardless of actual data usage. I had a...

Why can't I connect my Nexus 6 camera?

FWIW, I had this happen on a 6P a few times - but it was when cycling through the video frame rate options. When hitting the highest frame rate (I don't remember what it is, but it's a higher frame rate than I can ever reasonably see myself needing to use) sometimes this error occurs, but power...

    Email app recommendations?

I have been quite satisfied with Cloudmagic. The notification tray options are better than Gmail's. Cloudmagic supports gmail, exchange, pop/imap, iCloud, etc. I appreciate that when I get a new device, I can just login to my Cloudmagic account once instead of having to manually setup every...

    Lollipop is here

Did anyone ever figure out a solution to the IR blaster issue with Lollipop? I like Lollipop, but not to the point where I think its worth sacrificing the IR blaster to have it. Had I known this earlier, I never would have upgraded the OS to Lollipop. Given Samsung's refusal to admit that the...

    Q: Tab S2 as a TV Remote

I'm looking for a decent IR remote app too. I've got a Galaxy Tab 4. When I got it I was using the Peel app, but apparently that app is no longer supported?

    r

I think you need a 4th item on your screen to indicate what your battery percentage is. The first 3 aren't cutting it ;)

nexus 6 keeps restarting after 6.0.1

This is a shot in the dark, I know, but do you by chance participate in Google's Screenwise Trends program? Their app was causing my Nexus 6 to randomly reboot pretty much every day. Some days 2 or 3 times. I just dealt with it for a long time, not knowing what the cause was - I thought it was a...

128 gb card in tab 4?

Unless something changed, I think that the maximum size card it will take is 64gb. I was looking into the same issue about a year ago. Idk if this changed with a software update though.

    new tab

I have this in the WiFi-only configuration. It's not bad for being a midrange tablet. There's a lot that is missing from it when compared to Samsung's S-series tablets, so don't expect it to be a larger screened version of your Note 5 or S6. Shortcomings notwithstanding, I like mine and I don't...
