We went and upgraded my wife's phone to a note 5 and received this tab 4 8.0 as a promo deal. Also we upgraded from 10gb of data to15gb month with no extra charge.
I'm always on the forums since I have an s6 active

Do you guys like this tablet? Pros/cons?

I got mine the same way, from AT&T - seems fine. I use it mostly as a "Book Reader". I keep it in Airplane Mode and turn WiFi On/Off as needed so I'm not using any of my AT&T Plan Data.

I have this in the WiFi-only configuration. It's not bad for being a midrange tablet. There's a lot that is missing from it when compared to Samsung's S-series tablets, so don't expect it to be a larger screened version of your Note 5 or S6. Shortcomings notwithstanding, I like mine and I don't regret buying it. It is good for web browsing on the sofa, steaming video/music and ebooks. Mine probably spends more time as an e-reader than anything else.
