I got mine to pull the update today. I'm just waiting for it to download now... Hopefully it doesn't have a random reset during the update and brick the phone

My phone keeps restarting too. I have an AT&T note 4 with 5.1.1. I replaced the battery and tried clearing the cache but that hasn't helped. It's been getting worse too because it was doing it once a week now it does it multiple times per day.

I know they aren't perfect I had an iPhone 5 before I got the note 4 and iOS 7 caused some bugs but at least it got quick updates. I can over look a few bugs in early software updates I just appreciate the new features of the update. Also I was impressed with how Apple replaced the battery in...

Did you have someone replace it? If you did I would start there. If not call the company you bought the screen from.

My phone stopped holding a charge last week now it's stuck in a bootloop. I have to call AT&T later to hopefully get it replaced. I was kicking around the idea of selling it and getting a Nexus 6p when amazon had them on sale but I decided not to. Now I'm using my moto x 2014 for the time...

It depends on who you ask. Some people have had good luck with their notes and love them others haven't been so lucky. I personally wouldn't buy this phone again because software updates haven't been good and I've a couple hardware issues. You could probably find a Nexus 6 at a decent price...

I know. My camera doesn't work right either so the bad battery was just another tick against it.

Idk all I can say is that I will never get another AT&T branded Android phone. Also mine won't hold a charge anymore so if they give me a hard time getting a warranty replacement I may just dump the phone completely.

I wish Samsung would pressure AT&T to push the updates in a timely manner.
