i have a huawei u8652 and want to delet all the pre loaded apps I will never use, was told i would need to root it however i cant find out how... can someone help me please

I am trying to figure out how to move files from the download app on my at&t fusion to my sd card to free up space or to change the download destination? I tried once and moved it to a seperate folder but when i deleted the origional file from the downloads app I could not find the moved one...

I am trying to figure out how to either change the download destination on my at&t fusion from the preloaded downloads app to my sd card, or how to move files from the downloads app to the sd card to save space for the phones internal memory any ideas?
