    Note Edge on AT&T issues

I have the Note Edge on AT&T and previously the Note 3. Temperature and battery life have been terrible on both, I think because I live in a rural area and my phone is constantly searching fir signals. Posted via the Android Central App

    scrapbook

I tested this problem with Chrome and the native browser. On Chrome (latest update), it is NOT collecting meta data/URL. But, in the native browser, that URL information is collected. Had anybody tried various browsers, to include Opera, Firefox, etc.? Posted via Android Central App

AT&T Note 3: Isis payment app

I've used it once and week use it again but, like others, where I live the retailers accepting contact payments are limited. Set up was easy and I did it all via my phone. Yes, this is a move to block Google wallet. I was holding out for Google's Tap-to-Pay but I'm happy with Isis. Posted via...

    moto x vs note 3

I think you answered your own question. Based on your pros/cons list, it seems you'd go Note 3. But, as a Note 3 owner, maybe I'm a bit biased. Also, seems you're looking for somebody from the Moto X community to give you reason to go with the X rather than the 3. Either way, I imagine you'll...

Google Now - am I missing something?

If you use Gmail as your primary, you get more value of out GNow, such as notifications about package status (which I've found useful). I'm surprised more of your searches aren't showing up in Now alerts/reminders. I also use GNow as my voice input for the device (versus Samsung's voice feature)...

    Delete Action Memo

You're welcome. It feels a little backward but the same goes for sharing. You indicate the action you want to take first, such as "share" or "delete." Then, you select the notes you want that action taken on. To share a note to GDrive or emal, etc., press the menu button and then select notes.

    Note 3 to Nexus 5???

To me, the Note and Nexus lines are totally different phones, each with their pros and cons. For me, the N3 (currently) covers my "must haves" of big-screen and integrated business solutions (I was very worried at first that the stylus was just a fun gimmick that was pointless as a work tool. So...

    Note 3 to Nexus 5???

I have the Google Now cards on my homescreen, which I enabled in Settings/Device/Multiple Widgets (set to On). Is that what you mean or are there different types of cards? You can also long press the Home key, then press on the "G" button between the Ram Manager and Task Manager buttons.

    Opinion about touchwiz!

The N3 is my first Samsung device so TouchWiz is new to me. I don't know if it's just me or what but I hardly notice the 4.3 OS (or whatever iteration we have on the N3). TouchWiz really isn't too bad, it seems. I don't find myself wanting to strip it down to a pure Android experience. For...
