I guess you could have just kept it and called it a patina and then everyone would have thought it was cool and wanted it too. But probably better to get it replaced. I'm glad the carrier was helpful.

Yea, that's one advantage of carrier trade-ins. No dealing with FedEx. It puts the full responsibility on the carrier. If FedEx loses the trade-ins when the stores ship it back to the warehouse, then it's all on the carrier to find it and account for it.

Add me to the list of people who love the Samsung anti-reflective film. Just got my first fold and got the Samsung clear case with the film and it is wonderful. Mine had the line in the middle for about 12 hours or so and then it went away.

Agree completely. Not the phone's fault. I did enjoy the 7a. I'm going to give this 7 pro a chance. I still have the two week return window to try to get used to the bigger size... if I find it's too big, back to the 7a.
