sb pls help!

So i'm trying to recovery my phone to the stock state because it seemed that after I updated new version which is compatible with galaxy gear, my phone ran into trouble like battery ran out quickly, the screen was hotter than usual. I pressed volume up + Home + Power button or something like it...

This happened again! 90% down to 78% for only about 15 mins playing games @@ Before, it only took under 5% for 15 mins. I really can't stay calm :(:-!
