Well if the box was sealed, that would lead me to think that it was someone at ATT that was responsible and they are on the hook to rectify

Just got an update that mine has left Greensboro at 7:01 pm. Hopefully that means delivery tomorrow.

They really should do something other than making you reorder. Like get one out to you with overnight shipping or something. A sealed box with no phone is not a good look for them.
