How to Enable battery fully charged notification on Samsung galaxy note 9 Android Oreo 8.1 or any Oreo 8.1 device?

Even I'm using Oreo and it just has a Battery Low notification option...

I wanna enable notification on full charge on Galaxy Note 9, can anyone help me with that?

Try - open the app Mobile Manager, then tap Notifications. Look for an app named Messaging and disable it. It'll prompt a confirmation and then preferably select block all. You need not worry because you could change this back to your previous setting at any time by following the same procedure.
