I see. I always have the auto update checkbox ticked when downloading app but I never notice reciving any update notification while the phone is on, so I always thought I must restart the phone to get the updates.

Dear Dave, I dont see a Repeat option in the "Add Task" screen. I think you are referring to add events rather. I perfer to use Task because it will keep reminding me of the task unless i mark it as completed.
