Try diabling S health, it seems to have fixed these problems for me. I have a verizon S5, but I am using it on T-mobile so I had to update my phone using Odin with the update from Sammobile.com. Anyways after I did it I experienced every problem listed on this forum, did the factory data reset...

I have a Verizon galaxy S5 but I switched to T-mobile before the VoLTE update, I am wondering if the update that enables VoLTE and video calls on the Verizon Galaxy S5 is available through Keis or any other source since the OTA updates are not working anymore as I am no longer with Verizon?
