At this point, #2 sounds great to me.

It worked fine before the update. Now, even though I have my settings to only accept actual phone calls from people listed as favorites, I get every notification for text, emails, etc from everyone. Annoying. Anyone?

Thanks for the heads up, I'll stick with BlueMail because I actually like it so far. I get my emails a lot faster than I did with the stock app.
