    I need your help friends. I have Facebook app and want to stop all music on stories. I followed all suggestions from the internet but it just isn't working.

    Please how do I stop unwanted emails from my Hotmail account. Aside from the usual emails that I have signed for I get tones upon tones of mails mostly on websites selling items I do not need. I want to stop all. Thanks very much.

    I have done that and back. It's really not easy to see whether it will or not because the problem shows itself when opening app/any app and in safe mode that's just not possible.

    I do understand Mustang but since all issues are connected to the apps either third party or pre-installed, I do not see how that can help, moreso when I disable that altogether. However, i will as you suggested and see the outcome.

    I think it should be after installation of my app. Additionally, I noticed sometimes it will freeze when I receive a new sms, the screen will light up and stay like that until I use the off button to switch it off, but this happened just once in a about a week.

    1. If I do that and it's an App, how do I fish out the culprit among tones of apps. It's within opening the app that I get the problem, if they are all off--+?
