Its not your phone, it's your battery. What you're experiencing is the effect fast charging has on your battery. Try charging it normally (without fast charge) and it will improve that effect somewhat. Buy a new battery and you're good for the next few months. Feel sorry for those note5...

Same thing happened to my Note 4. I think it's a issue caused by the fast charging. If you charge the battery using the slow a few times it gets better. Only using the normal charge and ull eliminate the issue. But overall best advice is to change battery as fast charge is kinda important...
