Yes but they are more of an OR statement. I need an AND statement between the contingencies. I want all contingencies met before the THEN statement. I want between 10pm - 8am AND charging THEN follow these instructions. Instead Bixby says... Oh, it is 10pm I need to follow these...

I wish I could set the 'If' statement with the contingency that multiple conditions are met. For instance I would like the goodnight routine to be - If 10pm - 7am AND the phone is charging Then blah blah blah. Do I have to get tasker for that?

This was me exactly. I literally watched the screen refresh from 8/23 to 9/4. About pooped my pants lol. I did get on chat today with Samsung and they said they still show it arriving on the 23rd. Just don't know if I believe them. :(
