Samsung.com Pre-orders/Shipping Thread

Ordered Unlocked Note 10+ Blue on 8/8 @1227am. Cancel button was gone yesterday, but no Shipp confirmation.

Samsung tends to screw up a lot when it comes to order processing and shipping. I've never really had a great experience with them.

Let's see if they come through.
Joe why you ordering from Sammy when you can order from Verizon?
 
Since this is the year of firsts for me (1st preorder, 1st unlocked, 1st cyber party in the forums) I think I'm going to use Google and Samsung to set my 10+ up. I usually start from scratch. With that said, I'm going to do some cleanup during these next few days of waiting. Clean out all the apps, docs, notes, etc. I don't need to bring with me. Spend some QT with my 9 before I hand him over to the great beyond.
 
Sigh.....I will just attempt to be patient and wait until Samsung updates or sends me an email. Lol

Reminds me of a poster back from the "dark ages" (or at least the 80s), which had a Vulture saying "Patience, Smatience; I want to kill something." While I'm don't think we want to kill (at least yet), WE WANT OUR NOTES!
 
All the Note 9 users, do me a favor and turn your device around and look at the back cameras. Don't they look absolutely archaic now that you have seen the beauty of the 10?
Hmm, this made me think.. With the removal of the heart rate monitor, are all those things like heart rate, stress levels and oxygen levels in S Health exclusive to the watches?

I thought about that too. My S3 frontier is as accurate as my N8 (keeping) and N9 (trading) so I won't be too lost without it. For those who don't use a sport watch, this is indeed an issue.

Seems so. Well S10 series had, so we will see with S11 if just removed note.

Thank goodness - patience is not a strong point for me. My hubby just looks at me like I am crazy - "It's just a phone. It will arrive when it arrives." This from a man that makes maybe 10 calls a month, sends about 25 texts a month and plays solitare on his Note 4. He will inherit my Note 8 and won't use 10% of it's capabilities. Lol!

I too have the S3 frontier and also the Gear Fit 2 but didn't think they did stress checks. Yeah, this hasn't been talked about much but at least I still had my watches.

I'm keeping my N8 and N9 for now, but on a side "note", I discovered my N8's battery has ballooned and the back cover coming off. I need to get this battery replaced, but I'm torn.

So true! Sammy is not just playing shipping games. They are playing with my emotions.
 
I ordered in the evening about 5:30 pm on the 7th, however, when I look at my Samsung app it shows order was placed on the 8th? I even have a gmail confirmation of placing my order on the 7th.

timezone difference maybe? i'm PST

They are consistently inconsistent. Accept, adapt, and move on down the road.
I feel a lot better now.
 
yeah, what's even more confusing is in "my orders" on the app it says I placed the order on the 7th. however, when i click on the phone to check status, it shows order date the 8th. lmao. so confused. at least my cancel button is gone. is yours?
 
I'm pretty sure big things are gonna happen tomorrow as far as shipping and charges are concerned. For all 3 of you (haha) that haven't received any notices from FedEx, it's your turn. Anyway, I'm winding down for the night and take a look at my calendar. I'll be darned if I won't have people all up and through my office all day. My calendar is FULL! Y'all know good and well I need to keep an eye out for progress among us. Who has time for clients at a time like this? Surely not I. Tuh! The nerve 😑
