OK I started all over again, reconfigured the software, and made a new Exchange account. It works again, but there's still no explanation for why the account keeps disappearing in the first place. Thanks!

I love OneDrive, but i cannot get the Android Outlook app to work. I think it's mainly my weird provider on the other side of the world. I can't find anything on their end on how to get connected with the application.
