    Hi, Moto e6 plus. Android 9. In Settings/Sound, media volume and ring volume are greyed out. If somebody rings me, there is no ring tone, nor does it come up on phone, so can't answer. I can ring someone, and have a conversation. Youtube videos are silent, unless I use headphones. Also greyed...
