Had exactly same problem. S7 trying to connect to bluetooth on car. Finally fixed by
1. Installing android auto and seemed to fix every other app.
2. Setting car itself onto BT audio...it's a separate setting....

3. power saving feature ON.

5. pull out battery for 10 minutes and replace.
