If you're referring to adb pull method, then that's not an option because like I said I'm not tech savvy at all, and wouldn't know the first thing to do lol

Re: Does phone carriers have access to system files? Thanks for your reply. Well at this time I don't have access to my PC. But wouldn't I absolutely have to have root in order for the PC to view them? (Not absolutely sure I have root, since all the root checkers say different things)
