Don't know what to tell you... except that i use my phone for business (and everything else) and cannot be without it for 16 days. if they offered me a hold while they sent a replacement (google did that for me with a defective nexus 5 and it was great!) i would've jumped on it. as of right now...

Have same issue called motorola support NO REPLACEMENT. They told me to ship the phone to them (2-3 business days) then there is a 5-10 b-day turnaround on their end and they'll ship back (2-3 business days). So what am i now, the designated phoneless? (for 16 business days anyway...)
