Just went through the theme store and found Weyo, thanks! Found a few others I don't believe I've seen before too - seems that they update the themes quite regularly. There's no option to pay for themes here in Singapore too.

To me, its the message unread counts for some chat apps which are in Nova's "Notification Bar Watch". And also, Touchwiz's icons are a bit of an eyesore, no matter which theme I choose. OK, I admit its also because I've already paid for Nova Prime :D
