Yes, I have issues too. Not sure if it's actually a reception issue or a problem with the actual bars notification. While I may have lets say 2 bars, the -dBm will say -99, then no bars will say -90. The less bars you have, the more in the -dBm you should have. I have not dropped any calls while...
