    Inaccruate signal bar reporting on JB 4.3

    After 4.3 OTA, I'm now without signal bars most of the time, I was constantly pulling 2-3 bars on 4.2.2. It's not that I'm without signal, whenever I'm making or receiving calls, it instantly shows full bars and calls are loud and clear, no dropped calls whatsoever, but it signal strength drops...

    Battery Stats not working after 4.3 update

    I'm seeing a spike in Android OS battery usage as well after 4.3 update, it's not alarmingly high but on 4.2.2, it never made an appearance in stock battery reporting. I've looked at BBS and nothing suggests particular wakelock attributing to the high usage either.

    No solution yet, wipe cache partition didn't fix it. Factory reset might be the only hope.
