    Unblocking and removing the pin is in the security profile but if there is a prior pin you need to enter to access the menu to remove pin. Is your device stolen or blocked!?

    Day 12 now and seems to be fine with zero lag and memory issues. Not sure what you are getting at? Switched from a BB PRIV and also installed bb hub service fee and its pretty ace for a seemingly unflashy flagship!

    Great question I like you use it everyday for tunes and from personal experience the less you fiddle faddle with the audio port due to Its small size can break so I just plug in and remove one motion. Never twist or jiggle.
