At&t variant here. No drain on WiFi. Standby battery is as good as always with LG. But I leave my WiFi connected when screen is off always, because for me battery drains more on cell data than WiFi.

I just remember the free battery and charger coming faster last year... And I returned my G5 but still got the stuff. Never used it, I've still got that battery and charger sitting around

The plastic home button fingerprint scanner on the S7/Edge actually had a real problem with scratching really easily. All of them, not just a few. That was unacceptable for an $800 device. I'm going to choose to brush this off unless it really blows up.

Explain to me just how the S8 is so far ahead?? I literally didn't even consider Samsung this year, and I had an S7 edge. LG has improved dramatically from last year. Samsung did good by slimming the bezels and removing the physical button, but I'm disappointed in everything else they did.
