Came from an underclocked S4 rather than the S5 but battery lasted longer than the S5 that way. So far in my month long experience with the S6, it seems to have adapted better to keeping a charge. Same use and all since first day but now it lasts the whole day + rather than 7hours or so ish...

Re: Root available for the S6 & S6 Edge including Verizon and AT&T! Its so hard deciding whether or not to root just yet. On one hand you have access to all of your root only apps and the usual control and familiarity we all know, on the other hand losing support on updates on a brand new phone...

Have you tried different music apps by any chance? I dont know why it just hit me now but after work I will try to confirm if the regular music player does the same as Google Play Music. At this point I am not sure if it is bluetooth connection itself or an app not fully integrated into lollipop...
